Our first round of CSA shares was a smashing success, and allowed us to raise funds to get our production up and running. We remain committed to those that helped starting our farm we continue to offer the best value for fresh mushrooms Check below to see if we have any shares in stock.
1 Year Shares of Oyster and Lion’s Mane mushrooms, distributed as 1/2 lb share every 2 weeks for 1 year.
Shares can be picked up at the Farm in Los Ranchos or at the Los Esquinita - Barelas Community Market at 4th and Coal in Albuquerque, 8 am till noon on Saturdays. We now offer a Dehydrated and Restaurant CSA. Please realize dehydrated shares, 1/2 pound of dehydrated mushrooms is 5 pounds of fresh mushrooms. Dehydrated mushrooms have a great shelf life, and are ideal for sauces and soups. Dehydrated shares will be distributed once a month. More details provided by email.
